These folding white chairs are a step above the metal folding chairs and are much more comfortable with the padded seat. These chairs give an elegant look to any party, wedding or event. Lighted Signs
Our lighted LOVE signs are unmatched in the state of Utah. We have a 4ft LOVE Sign and a 5ft LOVE sign. Both signs are high quality and have been used up and down the Wasatch Front at both weddings and anniversaries. With LED lights these signs are amazing and must be seen in person. The 5ft LOVE sign is extremely popular because of the color choices you can make with the use of the controller. We also have a table top LOVE sign that comes with a heart that adds to any decorations on a gift table or signing table.
We also have a 5ft ONE sign for those one year old birthday for children or grandchildren. Last but not least our popular 4ft 50 sign is great for birthdays and anniversaries.
Cold Spark Machines
Are you looking to take your birthday party, company party, or wedding to the next level? Our Cold Spark Machines have been used at all those types of events and more! These are especially popular for wedding sendoffs and first dances. The machines shoot sparks that go up anywhere from 5-12 feet depending upon the level chosen on the remote. These machines are safe to use indoors because of the cold sparks they shoot out.

Wine Barrels
The first item that Party All Day Rentals started with was a handful of wine or whiskey barrels that were restored by our team and became an instant hit with our clients. These wine barrels have been used both indoors and outdoors for weddings, company parties, halloween parties and more. Adding an authentic or western look the barrels are high quality and can also serve as a table by themselves, or you can use one of our barrel tops that are also available for rent, either the rectangle table top that uses two barrels, or just the single round table top.

Rental Equipment for Concerts & Dances
Party All Day Rentals has years of experience helping concerts and dances provide a top of class experience for their guests. From renting tables and chairs to barricades and stages, Party All Day Rentals has everything you might need to take your event to the next level. Party All Day Rentals also has a dance floor for rent and audio speakers for rent that are great for smaller events that don’t already have those items or are wanting to hold their event outside.
Chairs & Tables for Concerts
Our tables and chairs help set up an elegant event for concerts that need to make any venue into a premium concert experience. Our chairs are high quality and have a weight rating of 500lb. Renting chairs and adding for a concert allow for guests to comfortably enjoy the music and presentation by bands, orchestras and musicians.
We have different tables that can be used with or without our chairs. Our tables consist of rectangle tables in both 6ft tables and 8ft table lengths. We have round 60″ tables as well as round cocktail tables that are 43″ high. Another fun table that is available for rent is the serpentine tables that can be used by themselves or they can be used in conjunction with the other tables that we have available for rent.


Rent Barricades for Crowd Control
Barricades for rent are great for concerts and dances to help with crowd control. Crowd control barriers can be needed for a variety of different uses such as directing guests that are showing up as they need to enter an event. The barricades can be used for lines as well.
These barricades also help with crowd control at a concert. Rent our barricades to help with keeping the crowd back from the stage or equipment. The barricades interlock with each other and are free standing with the feet. This allows the barricades to be used all together as they interlock, or they can be separated and used by themselves
Our crowd control barricades are high quality and help direct and control the crowds at your event. Whether you need them for a dance or concert or something similar these are the best barricades available for rent.
Stages for Rent
Party All Day Rentals has high quality stages that can be used for concerts and dances. These stage sections can be used in a variety of different configurations and are fairly easy to move. Each stage section is 16″ high and 6′ wide by 8′ long. A single stage can usually be used by a DJ for a concert. Depending on the size of a band, they might need 2 to 4 stage sections. These stages are extremely sturdy and have and each section has an invididual weight capacity of 6,000 pounds.
The stage rentals come with stairs as well as skirting that goes around the bottom of the stage to help the look and feel of your event to stay classy and at the highest level. Stage rentals with Party All Day Rentals includes setup and takedown but also requires delivery/pickup by our team due to the stage sections needing to be transferred in an enclosed trailer.

Party All Day Rentals offers delivery and pickup of our rental items, but this does come at a cost. We do everything we can to make sure we arrive on time (or a little early) and pickup when requested. We want to make sure that everything runs smoothly for your event and stressing about delivery and pickup of your rental items only creates stress for you. If you’d rather avoid the delivery cost, we also offer a customer pickup option with flexible and convenient hours.
To make life even easier, our team also offers setup and takedown of your rental items. Depending on what you rent, there are some items that include setup and takedown and others like tables and chairs that cost a little extra due to the time and professionalism we take to make sure everything looks perfect.

Family Parties / Reunions
Party Tents for Rent
Party All Day Rentals has high quality tents to help with your family reunions or parties. Whether you are hosting a family reunion at a park or a backyard, our tents help provide shade or shelter from elements when you need it most. Keeping the sun off your guests help ensure they are comfortable and ready to party!
With every tent rental, we offer free setup and takedown. Due to the wide range we cover in Utah with our tents, we do charge for delivery to account for the mileage and time it takes to deliver and pickup. Since we offer setup of our tents, this ensure they are setup properly and keep your guests safe and comfortable.
Our tents come with side walls as well as end walls. We don’t always put them on depending on your situation and weather. If we do install the sidewalls, they can be rolled up by section if you change your mind and want to roll them up. The sidewalls do have windows as well so they provide some additional protection, but don’t entirely enclose you and your guests.
We offer a 20’x20′ party tent, a 20’x32′ party tent and 10’x10′ popup tents for rent. You can choose the best option for you situation or choose a combination. We have guests that have rented just a couple of the tents or all of the tents for their event.


Dunk Tanks & Foam Machines for Rent
We offer games and activities for your family reunion or party. Our Foam Machine and Dunk Tank help add a layer of fun for any event, especially one where kids are involved. Our Dunk Tank is a safe way to cool off as kids and adults throw a ball toward the dunk tank to send the victim down into the cool water!
The foam machine is another awesome activity for kids to enjoy foam or bubbles that are safe and fun to play in. The foam machine is essentially a bubble machine for rent that provides foam or bubbles shooting out for 30-45 minutes. You can start and stop the foam to create a foam wonderland for kids and adults to play in. The foam machine can be picked up or even delivered to your event to take stress away from your event planning.
Some other activities we provide are corn hole, a giant connet 4, and a giant lite brite. These are all activities that are fun for all ages and fantastic for family reunions and parties. Other then the Giant Lite Brite, everything can easily be picked up from our location, our we also offer delivery.

Every kid loves a foam machine, running through bubbles creates hours of unforgettable fun for kids and adults. The foam machine rental comes with one bag of foam bubbles that can last for hours. We do offer extra bags of foam however for longer rental periods.
The foam machine can be combined with our dunk tank, giant lite brite, cornhole, and gian connect 4 to give your carnival, fair or school party the best and most fun experience possible.
Choose delivery when you reserve to create a stress free experience and we will bring and setup the foam machine, dunk tank or giant lite brite. Western theme rental items
The items that Party All Day Rentals has available to rent can be used for so many different types of events. Our wood photo wall stand and wood backdrop have been used for all sorts of events, like school carnivals to provide a western feel and for a backdrop idea. Our wood boxes and whiskey barrels add to that same western feel and not only act as decorations but the whiskey barrels can also be great high top tables to allow for people to put their food and drinks on.
Our whiskey barrels have rectangle bar tops as well as round table tops that can be used for additional tables or high top tables such as a “cocktail table”. We have 4ft rectangle table tops and 8ft rectangle table tops.

While we don’t offer packages for wedding rentals, we allow for an a la carte rental experience where we don’t have minimums to allow for your to rent as much, or as little as you need for your event.

We have tried to make it as easy as possible with our reservation form. All buttons on our website that say “Reserve Now”, link over to this form. The form starts with items you select, then moves on to your information about your event, and then yourself.

Absolutely not, we allow you to rent as little, or as much as you need for your event.
Yes, to get on our calendar we require a 50% deposit.
The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event.
While technically our rental periods are only a day, we do try to be extremely flexible and understanding of how stressful and busy your schedules are around your events. As much as we can, we try to allow for pickups the day before, and dropoffs the day after. Sometimes during the busy season we need to change this policy, but it is rare and only with certain items.

Yes, we do offer delivery and pickup however it does cost extra. Check out our delivery page for details on the fees. We do offer a $50 discount if your total reservation amount is over $500.
We offer delivery to most of Utah, if you don’t see your county on our reservation form, reach out to us about the delivery cost.
Please keep in mind that the delivery/pickup is curbside.
This can vary depending on our overall schedule. We try to accomodate your schedule as much as possible. Put in your expected times and dates in the notes of your reservation and we will contact you to confirm those times and days. We start to figure out our exact schedule about 7 days before your event so we will contact you at that point to confirm.
Absolutely, if you have a vehicle that can accomodate your rental items we do allow for you to pick up and drop off your rental items at our location in Cedar Hills, UT. Some items require a trailer because of how large they are. There are also some items that require setup. Normally we offer the setup for free as part of the delivery/pickup of those items, however we can provide instructions on how to setup those items.
There are some items we DO NOT allow pickup and delivery such as our 5ft Letters, bounce house, etc.
Yes, we do offer setup and takedown however this is for an extra fee. It is typically $1 per item rented.
We accept credit card / debit cart payments and Venmo.
Yes, you can make changes to your reservation. If you are wanting to add items to your reservation, as long as those items are still available then we can defintely add them to your reservation. Just call or email us to make those changes.
We don’t technically allow cancellations because we hold those items for you, and most likely have told other people those items are not available. Our official policy is you need to pay 50% to reserve those items. Then 7 days before your event the remaining balance is due. The 50% deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations 7 days or less before your event are non-refundable.
Yes, if an item is damaged or lost, you will be responsible to pay for the replacement. Contact us immediately or let us know asap so we can work that out with you.
We recommend reserving as soon as you can! This guarantees the items are available for your event, and are held for you. Rental items are held on a first come first serve basis.
That being said, as long as items are available, we do allow for same day reservations. Delivery and pickup are a different story however as that depends on our schedule.
Unfortuntately we do not refund cold spark machine powder that wasn’t used. This is for the safety and guarantee that our machines use new powder that hasn’t been tampered with.
